This candidate must have experience with building and maintaining highly effective relationships with team members and multiple stakeholders across multiple projects. The Development Team Lead guides a team of software developers through the delivery of high-quality applications and features. This role balances leadership, hands-on development, and process improvement, ensuring that the team executes effectively while maintaining a strong technical foundation.
