Acting as both a leader and subject matter expert, you will be the key escalation point for complex issues, while ensuring regulatory alignment and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>∙ </span><span>Lead, mentor, and support a team of Banking Connectivity specialists to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant delivery of bank integrations across multiple markets.</span></div><div><span>∙ </span><span>Define team priorities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to maintain delivery performance, technical consistency, and regulatory alignment.</span></div><div><span>∙ </span><span>Hold regular team ceremonies (e.g. stand-ups, backlog reviews, 1:1s) to drive accountability, ownership, and continuous development.</span></div><div><span>∙ </span><span>Act as the primary escalation point for complex connectivity, authentication, or compliance issues, supporting the team in troubleshooting and resolution.</span></div><div><span>∙ </span><span>Ensure accurate and up-to-date technical documentation is produced and maintained, including API specifications, data mappings, and file formats.</span></div><div><span>∙ </span><span>Provide clear, structured updates to stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Onboarding, Banking Partners, Product), ensuring transparency and alignment.</span></div><div><span>∙ </span><span>Drive continuous improvement of banking connectivity processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, security, and scalability.</span></div><div><span>∙ </span><span>Contribute to strategic planning by anticipating future integration, automation, and tooling needs for banking connectivity.</span></div><div><span>∙ </span><span>Oversee team adherence to technical standards, best practices, and financial regulatory requirements (e.g. PSD2, GDPR, SOC 2).</span></div><div><span>∙ </span><span>Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and coaching to strengthen technical expertise and professional growth.</span></div><h3>⭐️ What we are looking for :</h3><ul><li>Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data or a related technical field.</li><li>2+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams, ideally in a hands-on capacity (formal or informal leadership).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to own and improve operational delivery metrics (e.g. time-to-value, backlog resolution, throughput).</li><li>Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to communicate clearly with Sales, Product, Care, and customers.</li><li>Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity, authentication, and compliance challenges.</li><li>Fluency in English (French or German is a plus).</li><div><br /></div><div>Preferred skills:</div><li>Experience working in fintech environments.</li><li>Experience supporting or coordinating delivery teams across multiple countries, time zones or multi-partner banking integrations.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and organisational skills;
