You will work closely with cross-functional teams : tech team, product management, customer success to ensure the successful design and implementation of ERP connectors that meet our clients needs.</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with developers to understand the requirements for ERP integrations and assist in designing effective connectors for various use cases.</li><li>Lead the testing and implementation processes of ERP integrations with clients, ensuring a seamless experience.</li><li>Iterate on the integration solutions based on client feedback and evolving needs.</li><li>Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the ERP connectors, ensuring compatibility with major versions and new releases.</li><li>Document integration processes and create training materials for internal teams and clients.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new features and generate revenue through successful product deployment.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Experience:</h3><ul><li>Must have : you have several years of functional expertise on Navision and Business Central on premise</li><li>You have at least 2 years experience of managing technical projects, and you know how to work with developers.</li><li>You have an appetite for technical subjects and may have already done some development work.</li><li>In any case, you know what an API is, you can read the documentation and test it independently.</li><li>Youre capable of leading a team and organizing delivery around agile practices (whatever they may be).</li><li>You are fluent in English and French. Spanish, Italian or German is a plus.</li><li>You like talking to users, solving their problems, and youre good at teaching and empathy.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise messaging for various audiences and vice versa</li></ul><div><span>Looking forward to meeting you !</span></div>
