As an Account Manager with an activation focus you support the Finance teams and C-Suite of our customers in reaching their business objectives with Agicap. This is a pivotal part of our Customer Success function alongside Implementation and Customer Success Tech.</span></div><h3>What you will do:</h3><ul><li>Manage a portfolio of 100+ customers to drive product adoption and identify upsell opportunities</li><li>Dive deep into Treasury and Corporate finance workflows to continuously improve our customers’ tool set-up</li><li>Become a product expert and use this to maximise the value and ROI that customers get out of our product as well as to act as an enabler for internal knowledge transfer</li><li>Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and act as an advocate for our customers into the organisation</li><li>Work closely with our Commercial Account Managers to identify growth opportunities within your portfolio</li><li>Cooperate closely with adjacent teams to ensure our customers reach their desired business objectives</li></ul><h3>What you need to succeed:</h3><ul><li>3-4 years of professional experience, either in Finance/Treasury roles or in customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment/ideally in FinTech</li><li>Treasury/Corporate Finance knowledge either through educational or work experience</li><li>Native German and fluent English</li><li>A proactive nature and a continuous drive for improvement </li><li>The ability to excel in a dynamic growth environment, quickly adapt to challenges and keep a positive attitude</li><li>Excellent listening skills, customer-centric mentality and empathy towards users and customers</li><li>Ability to work with diverse teams (Sales, CS, Tech, Product, etc.)</li></ul><h3>What Is In It For You:</h3><ul><li>Competitive compensation package with a fixed and variable component</li><li>&gt;€100 Monthly Lunch Budget</li><li>Large Office at Moritzplatz with snacks, drinks and a large terrace</li><li>“Mini-MBA” with a focus on Finance &amp; Treasury through the Agicap Academy</li><li>Opportunity to work for a globally diverse team with occasional trips to the headquarters in France</li></ul>
