<div><p>Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.</p></div><p>The Partner Manager for Strategic Accounts will own one of Affirms most critical and strategic third-party partnerships to expand the distribution of Affirms services to merchants and end users, with the ultimate goal of driving large-scale GMV and revenue growth. This is an integral, business-critical  role requiring outstanding relationship management and strategic planning skills to influence internal and external stakeholders and create strategic opportunities. </p> <p><strong>What Youll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Directly manage one of Affirm’s most strategic platform distribution partners, spearheading strategic initiatives to foster business expansion and generate growth for Affirm</li> <li>Drive execution of the partnership’s expansion strategy into new markets, verticals, and product lines</li> <li>Create and execute a partner management strategy to increase GMV, revenue, and users, while broadening Affirms relationship coverage and influence with the partner</li> <li>Assess partner performance and propose strategies to boost product adoptionand ensure continual growth through the partnership</li> <li>Orchestrate cross-functional teams across our product, technical, analytics, marketing, and risk organizations  to execute partnership initiatives </li> <li>Negotiate and facilitate complex commercial contracts with the partner</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Look For</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of external B2B client/partner-facing experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment</li> <li>Vertical experience in e-commerce, fintech, payments, and/or consumer financing is preferred</li> <li>Prior role experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise client management is preferred</li> <li>Excellent customer and/or partnership relationship management skills with the ability to manage high profile accounts   </li> <li>Experience in managing cross-functional projects with a high attention to detail</li> <li>An exceedingly strong communicator, both in written (e.g. proposals, memos, e-mails) and verbal communications (e.g. presenting)</li> <li>Strong analytical skills to evaluate business performance and communicate program performance to both internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Proven ability to oversee and facilitate complex commercial contract negotiations and successful deal execution (e.g. RFPs, renewals, deal expansions)</li> <li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of partnership processes, programs, and key performance indicators</li> <li>Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and go beyond defined responsibilities to ensure the success of projects and the broader team</li> </ul> <div> <p><strong>Base Pay Grade - K<br />Equity Grade - 6<br /><br />Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. </strong>Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
