Working collaboratively with our business partners, you will act as a trusted partner and be relied upon to confidently follow creative briefs, roadmaps, and testing elements for B2C digital projects.</p> <p>You have a strong track record of digital innovation and delivery across multiple channels and platforms. You should become comfortable with big ideas, ambiguity and change, able to focus on the smallest detail as well as define strategic plans.</p> <h2><strong>What youll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Lead the development and production of interactive marketing emails and push communications through accurate project planning, change tracking, and regular production status reporting.</li> <li>Leads execution of work on assigned projects, holding team members accountable to the delivery of assigned work, maintaining project SOPs, and adhering to quality control practices.</li> <li>Ensure timely execution of journey builds, automation schedules, and testing cycles. Proactively identify risks in journey automation, dependencies, and QA gaps, escalating appropriately.</li> <li>Partner with Lifecycle and CRM strategists to scope, prioritize, and implement automated, event-driven journeys.</li> <li>Act as liaison between creative, technical, relationship managers, and other internal groups.</li> <li>Keep production projects on track and on time, coordinating internal and external resources. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.</strong><br /><br />Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents).
