This role will be a key driver in scaling our paid media programs, with a strong emphasis on direct media buying, managing sponsorships with industry partners, and  programmatic advertising. You’ll also contribute to other performance channels such as paid search, paid social, pay-per-lead, and affiliate marketing. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in B2B tech and SaaS environments, understands complex buyer journeys, and can craft and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable business impact. What youll do: <ul> <li>Manage sponsorship agreements with key industry partners to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.</li> <li>Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across display, video, and native formats.</li> <li>Support paid search, paid social, affiliate, and other performance marketing programs to drive MQL/SQL generation and brand-building efforts.</li> <li>Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creative and landing pages optimized for conversions.</li> <li>Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and CPA.</li> <li>Manage budgets effectively, ensuring spend is optimized and forecasted accurately.</li> <li>Stay ahead of industry trends, new platforms, and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities.</li> <li>Partner with analytics teams to develop reporting dashboards and track performance against KPIs.</li> </ul> About you: <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2+ years in direct media buying and programmatic advertising.</li> <li>Proven track record in managing B2B tech or SaaS paid media campaigns.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the full-funnel buyer journey and how to tailor media strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with:</li> <ul> <li>Direct buys with industry media partners.</li> <li>Programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).</li> <li>Paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) a strong plus.</li> <li>Paid social (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads) a strong plus.</li> </ul> <li>Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to understand what marketing programs are influencing performance by utilizing multi-touch attribution insights.</li> <li>Excellent negotiation, project management, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).</li> <li>Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.</li> </ul> Preferred <ul> <li>Experience in the legal tech or professional services vertical.</li> <li>Familiarity with additional marketing tools (e.g., Qualified, Userled, Clay).</li> <li>Knowledge of SEO/AEO best practices to complement paid media efforts.</li> <li>Preferably based in Austin, Texas; can sit Remotely in US. </li> </ul> Why 8am:  At 8am, our culture is shaped by the people who bring it to life every day.
