What youll do: <ul> <li>Maintain accurate and detailed records of collection activities in the company’s database.</li> <li>Consolidate reporting from various databases in Excel on a routine basis.</li> <li>Monitor customer accounts to apply or lift holds based on collection activity.</li> <li>Respond to and communicate with merchants regarding inbound inquiries in a timely and professional manner.</li> <li>Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve account-related issues and ensure smooth workflow.</li> <li>Escalate unresolved issues to senior collections staff or management.</li> <li>Assess customer accounts for high-risk factors and report findings to management, contributing to risk mitigation efforts</li> </ul> About you: <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Basic math and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Docs.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</li> <li>Experience and/or knowledge of Salesforce.</li> <li>Outstanding problem-solving skills; “can-do” attitude and resourcefulness, combined with the ability to propose solutions.</li> <li>Exemplary analytical and communication skills.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; ability to pivot as business priorities shift.</li> </ul> Diversity, equity &amp; inclusion at 8am At 8am, we recognize that innovation occurs with a strong team of people who are diverse in background, personality, talent and ideas.
