Aera helps enterprises around the world transform decision making – delivering millions of recommendations that have resulted in significant revenue gains and cost savings for some of the world’s best-known brands.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><h3>Responsibility</h3><ul><li>Participate in requirements gathering workshops to understand the problem we are addressing</li><li>Translate functional requirements into technical requirements</li><li>Create technical design documents, process flows and data models to build scalable solutions</li><li>Make sense of and harmonize both structured and unstructured data to create data model to use in analytics and technical solution</li><li>Work with developers to ensure timely delivery of the solution</li><li>Functional and technical validation of solution - integration testing, regression testing, performance testing and UAT</li><li>Design strategy to extract and integrate data from source systems and to write back into the source system</li><li>Create dashboards and reports to support decisions prescribed by Aera</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations with minimum of 6 years’ experience in delivering supply chain IT solutions</li><li>Experience in IT consulting and/or configuring ERP systems - SAP, Oracle, JDE, OMP, Kinaxis, E2Open etc.</li><li>Hands on experience in data integration, creating dashboards in analytics tools - Power BI, Tableau, Cognos etc.</li><li>Good understanding of data modeling</li><li>Understanding of supply chain processes and KPIs</li><li>Have worked in an Agile environment and understands Software Implementation methodologies</li><li>Elementary to intermediate knowledge of data warehousing concepts, SQL etc.</li><li>Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate person who likes to take challenges head-on and has bias towards action</li></ul><h3>As an Aeranaut in Solution Architects team</h3><ul><li>You will get to design novel solutions to address challenges in supply chain</li><li>Own the end-to-end solution and witness the impact of your ideas in improving customers’ supply chain KPIs</li><li>Work in different areas of supply chain</li><li>Pave the way for clients to new and exciting ways of working using Decision Intelligence.</li></ul><div>If you share our passion for building a sustainable, intelligent, and efficient world, you’re in the right place.
