This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in marine infrastructure projects across the region.How you’ll make a difference:<ul><li>Lead the design and delivery of complex structural projects across ports and marine infrastructure, ensuring technical excellence, commercial viability, and alignment with client expectations.</li><li>Act as a key client interface, building trusted relationships, providing strategic engineering advice, and supporting business growth through technical leadership and market insight.</li><li>Oversee multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration to deliver integrated, innovative solutions that meet regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.</li><li>Mentor and develop engineering talent, promoting a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and professional growth within the team.</li><li>Champion quality, innovation, and thought leadership, contributing to industry standards through rigorous quality control, publications, and active participation in technical forums and conferences.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
