Join us.<h3>Job Description</h3>AECOM’s Enterprise Capabilities team is looking for a Railway Assistant to join our team in Kraków, Poland.About Enterprise Capabilities Fundamental to our Think and Act Globally strategy and digital adoption, Enterprise Capabilities (EC) is AECOM’s primary vehicle for workshare. Operating across geographic boundaries and time-zones, EC partners with regional and Global Business Line project teams to provide technical expertise, accelerate delivery and keep AECOM competitive in the industry. With a team of over 3000 technical professionals located across nine countries and remote technical anchors, EC teams are trusted to deliver high-quality, specialist services that help to fill capability gaps, resourcing needs and technical constraints on projects of all scopes and sizes.   Start here. Heres what you will do: <ul><li>Work on small projects or portions of larger projects supported by EC, with work being reviewed by senior or experienced engineers.</li><li>Perform daily work under designer’s supervision, including geometric design of linear infrastructures (railways).</li><li>Set standards and procedures for CAD and 3D works. </li><li>Deliver complex drawings in 2D and 3D along different stages of the design development</li><li>Assign and coordinate tasks to other technical or administrative staff, mainly related to drafting or geometrical modelling.</li><li>Train less experienced staff in preparation of drawing and graphic elements. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>Heres what were looking for:<ul><li>Experience working on highway or railway designs, management of traffic, etc. (+2 years) and clear appetite to develop a technical career on that field.</li><li>Work experience in geometrical design using at least one of the following software packages: InRoads, OpenRoads / OpenRail, Rail Track, Civil 3D, Geopak, 12d Model.</li><li>Proficiency in CAD software (preferably AutoCAD and/or MicroStation).</li><li>At least intermediate level of English (spoken and written).</li><li>Bachelor or Master degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. </li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3>At AECOM, you will have freedom to grow in a world of opportunityAt AECOM, our Freedom to Grow philosophy supports flexibility and balance to help our people thrive.  #LI-OM1
