As Team Lead, you’ll not only coach a team of Strategic Growth Managers on winning complex, high-impact deals but also shape the direction of our global Strategic Growth strategy while building a culture that inspires collaboration, creativity, and accountability. You will balance day-to-day execution with long-term direction, collaborating closely with the Head of Strategic Growth and leadership peers worldwide to shape both regional and global strategy.
