Senior Product Manager - Checkout Platform In building the most customer-focused financial technology platform, Adyen offers our merchants various checkout integrations and experiences that enable the most flexible and reliable shopper experience when it comes to payments. Checkout Platform is the core services that our Checkout and other payments teams use to build checkout experiences for new payments products - from local payment methods to card innovations. A core part of our Adyen Uplift payments optimization suite, our Checkout platform is now at heart of payment optimization where we leverage our data and machine learning models to personalize checkout experiences and optimize payments performance helping our merchants maximize conversion while balancing fraud and costs. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Checkout Platform team as part of our <a href="https://www.adyen.com/the-latest/boost-your-payment-conversion-with-adyen-uplift">Adyen Uplift</a> suite. Your role is to define and build core services that help Checkout developers and other Adyen teams scalably deliver new payment methods and innovative checkout experiences. You are also responsible for defining and implementing the strategy and north star metrics and insights that we use to evaluate the platform’s success and to develop the product roadmaps. This role is a special opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at multiple levels of a business and with a wide range of cross-functional teams and stakeholders and with a passion for building scalable front-end shopper experience products. What you will do: <ul> <li>You will be responsible for building our Checkout Platform across multiple integration types and channels and enabling all cards and payment methods checkout experiences</li> <li>You will be responsible for defining our Checkout platform architecture and tooling that enables scalable delivery of new checkout experiences</li> <li>You will be responsible for how Adyen measures and represents the value of its checkout products towards merchants and towards Adyen developers</li> <li>You will be responsible for the discovery, building, and delivery of new checkout experiences aligned with product roadmaps from different Adyen teams</li> <li>You will collaborate with partner teams to build shopper experiences that power our local payment methods portfolio</li> <li>You will be an evangelist of our Checkout products and their impact, to colleagues, customers, and partners.</li> <li>You will set a high bar in platform architecture and development</li> <li>You will work collaboratively with other product managers, engineers, analytics teams, account managers, sales and marketing teams, and our customers.</li> </ul> Who you are: <ul> <li>You have conceived of and launched front-end delivery platform products at scale with quantifiable value to large enterprise customers (at least 5+ years in product management);</li> <li>You have experience in multiple front-end environments (web, mobile: Android/iOS/React/Flutter)</li> <li>You have experience in the world of ecommerce, payments, fintech and from a global organization</li> <li>You can guide an engineering team with the right questions to answer, turn those answers into business value, and leverage analytics to drive product decisions;</li> <li>You can take complex technical products and simplify them into intuitive and valuable user experiences and scalable delivery systems</li> <li>You have excellent organizational and communication skills and know how to manage a project from conception to maturity</li> <li>You are a quick learner and take a ‘launch fast and iterate’ approach to tackling problems</li> <li>You can ensure the quality of internal and external documentation and managing cross-team dependencies to ensure project progression</li> <li>You can work closely with data teams to extract valuable product insights that guide your strategy</li> </ul> Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments  Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives.
