build strong talent pipelines for positions across various job families, including staff, executive, clinician, and faculty roles. </p><p></p><p>Guides enterprise talent acquisition programs, such as university and early career recruitment initiatives. </p><p></p><p>Leads recruitment marketing efforts to promote Advocate Health careers and attract potential candidates, both internal and external. </p><p></p><p>Ensures strategic sourcing efforts are developed to identify and attract internal and external talent. </p><p></p><p>Leverages technology and tools to streamline processes and improve candidate experience. </p><p></p><p>Leads the development of innovative programs to recruit talent from non-traditional sources. </p><p></p><p>Tracks and analyzes the effectiveness of
