If you have the skills but dont meet every requirement, reach out – wed love to explore how you could be a great fit!Required Experience:<ul><li>Minimum of 3+ years of direct sales/SaaS experience selling an enterprise-level solution with complex sales cycles.</li><li>Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) — able to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders.</li><li>Proven experience selling into the French market</li><li>Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within adtech, martech, or digital marketing.</li><li>Strong experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.</li><li>A consultative, solution-oriented sales style with the ability to uncover customer pain points and align solutions.</li><li>Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.</li><li>Self-starter mentality with the drive to build new business in a growth market.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and modern GTM/sales engagement tools.</li><li>A collaborative mindset — comfortable working cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.</li><li>Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS environment.</li><li>Experience in utilising MEDDPICC in the Sales process or similar value-selling methodologies </li></ul>Desired Experience:<ul><li>Experience in selling Software Solutions within the AdTech, MarTech or Digital Marketing space</li></ul><h2>Our Core Values</h2>All Adthenians are expected to align closely with our ‘Core Values’.
