This is a role for a design leader who can drive vision, transform complex problems into simple, intuitive mobile experiences, and build positive relationships across design, product, and engineering to deliver business-aligned outcomes.In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help define what designing mobile first looks like at Adobe. Champion mobile-first thinking, mentor designers, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strategize. Define and advocate for a mobile strategy that supports user needs and business objectives.</li><li>Simplify. Translate complex workflows and constraints into intuitive, cohesive mobile experiences.</li><li>Collaborate. Work closely with product and engineering partners to build modern, scalable mobile design solutions.</li></ul><h2>What you need to succeed </h2><ul><li>Related degree or 6+ years for EUXDP50 or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Experience with Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and other design tools such as Keynote, Sketch, or Figma.</li><li>Comfort mentoring, encouraging an inclusive and empowering environment for other designers to do innovative and impactful work.</li><li>Ability to clearly communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in written form.</li><li>Confidence in communicating work at all levels of the organization</li></ul>Preferred Accessibility Design Skills:<ul><li>Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.</li><li>Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.</li><li>Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.</li></ul><h2>About Adobe Design</h2>Adobe Design builds tools that amplify the world’s ability to create and communicate. The U.S. pay range for this position is $142,700 -- $265,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
