The AM will lead a team of solution sales specialists and be the single point of contact for their customers. They will develop the strategic account strategy to drive sales opportunities based on product propensity, using all available resources including resellers, product specialists, solution consultants, Adobe operations as well as their rolodex of contacts. The AM is required to be proficient in leading within a sophisticated organization, coordinating people, and in working with the right partners to drive account growth and business outcomes that result in quota over-achievement. The success of this role will be measured on the net new growth of the targeted accounts book of business (retention &amp; acquisition revenue targets achievement).  </div><div><div><div><div><div>What You’ll Do</div><ul><li>Expand business relationships beyond IT and Procurement into the C-Suite</li><li>Be a strategic problem solver with strong account management skills and high degree of business sense</li><li>Cultivate, maintain, and grow existing client base using data to drive high retention rates and new sales opportunities for Adobe’s Digital Media solutions</li><li>Sell into multiple levels of an organization, performing outbound prospecting to existing customers to identify new business relationships</li><li>Engage customers daily, preferably in person or via video. The U.S. pay range for this position is $192,400 -- $310,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
