From planning, to coordination, and execution of high-impact events across our global portfolio. Working closely with Event Operations, Content, and Marketing colleagues, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our speakers, sessions, and content run seamlessly. From initial planning through on-site delivery.What You Will Do<ul><li>Support event planning and logistics for speaker sessions, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and materials are aligned across teams. </li><li>Coordinate speaker management end-to-end, including invitations, contracts, scheduling, briefing, and on-site support. </li><li>Collaborate with Event Operations to oversee timelines, track progress, and maintain delivery excellence. </li><li>Join speaker briefing calls to ensure alignment on session materials and key messages. </li><li>Partner with the Event Marketing team to help promote event content, develop speaker spotlights, and drive audience engagement. </li><li>Assist with on-site execution, supporting backstage coordination and speaker flow during live events.</li></ul>What You Need to SucceedWe are looking for a forward-thinking, structured, and innovative standout colleague who thrives in a fast-paced setting and finds pleasure in nurturing connections between individuals and concepts.<ul><li>Currently enrolled in a degree program (Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or related field).</li><li>Strong organisational and multitasking skills – you can manage many moving parts and stay calm under pressure.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (German, French or other languages are a plus).</li><li>Self-assured and skilled in interacting with external collaborators like speakers and partners.</li><li>Diligent with a commitment to structure and planning, yet adaptable and hands-on when things get dynamic.</li><li>A great teammate with a positive attitude and a passion for events, storytelling, and crafting memorable experiences.</li><li>Basic understanding of event operations or marketing processes (previous internship experience is a plus).</li></ul>What to expect from the recruitment process: Our selection process typically consists of the stages as follows.Pre-Recorded Video Interview - A brief 10-minute video submissionSoft Skills Interview - A competency-based interview.Presentation - Candidates will be asked to prepare and deliver a short presentation on a given topic.
