In May 2023, the name was changed to Kleinanzeigen.Kleinanzeigen is part of Adevinta: a global online classifieds specialist and sustainability leader with 25+ products in 10 countries.<h1>What you’ll do ​&amp; Who you are</h1>We are looking for a passionate new team member to join us as a Performance Marketing Manager (d/f/m).About the teamAs a Digital Marketing team we empower our private and commercial customers to joyfully trade on Kleinanzeigen across web and app. We help our users along the customer lifecycle and journey through digital initiatives (Performance &amp; Mobile Marketing, Onsite, CRM) to find or to sell the item of choice - locally or with shipping options! This hybrid role combines remote work with office presence in Berlin Charlottenburg. You will report directly to the Performance Marketing Lead.What you’ll do<ul><li>Manage and scale successful Performance Marketing initiatives across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok and test new channels with the objective to increase our KPIs (i.e. Leads, Insertions,...).</li><li>Ensure an efficient channel mix to increase feature adoption, including the evaluation and acquisition of additional channels.</li><li>Measure, report and analyze the efficiency of your Performance Marketing activities, understanding the core drivers and adjust accordingly.</li><li>Responsible for an efficient budget allocation and continuously optimize campaigns by conducting A/B-tests, incrementality and balancing brand and performance metrics.</li><li>Think “full funnel” and improve your campaigns by considering different categories, user segments and user journeys, elaborating on best ways to incentivize them.</li><li>Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and find the best way to convert traffic into conversions.</li><li>Analyze competitors, identify trends, insights and new opportunities in performance marketing to maximize growth opportunities.</li><li>Manage and nurture relationships with external partners &amp; agencies.</li></ul>What you’ll bring:<ul><li> 4+ years of proven experience in working with Performance Marketing channels to generate and retarget customers (especially Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok).</li><li>Experience with platforms like YouTube and TikTok as well as hands-on experience with influencer collaborations is a plus.</li><li>You are business fluent in German &amp; English</li><li>You have a profound understanding of tracking and strong analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data, shape strategies and maximize ROI within a data-driven approach.</li><li>Ability to independently drive marketing initiatives and projects forward, while managing stakeholder expectations in a cross-functional &amp; agile environment.</li><li>Motivation for new challenges with the ability to challenge the status quo constructively.</li><li>You are characterized as being an open-minded, positive, enthusiastic, inspiring, result-oriented individual with the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment combined with a high degree of self-initiative, readiness for action and a hands-on-mentality.  </li></ul><h1>Benefits</h1>Life at Adevinta comes with its perks!
