Key Responsibilities:Office Operations Management:<ul><li>Ensure offices are equipped to support employees’ needs.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.</li><li>Manage office schedules and booking systems.</li><li>Work within budgets while coordinating with vendors, book venues, and managing logistics.</li><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders (finance, IT, operations).</li></ul>Employee Welfare:<ul><li>Oversee wellness initiatives and organize events to foster a positive culture (mental health programs, wellness, volunteering).</li><li>Plan happy hours and milestones celebrations with meaningful gestures.</li><li>Collaborate with the Employee Experience Manager on welfare activities.</li></ul>Team Support and Development:<ul><li>Serve as the main contact for office logistics, welfare programs, and events.</li><li>Facilitate new employee onboarding.</li><li>Ensure smooth communication and resolve operational issues.</li><li>Foster a positive office atmosphere by addressing employee needs.</li><li>Build strong, collaborative relationships across all levels.</li></ul>Remote Office Management (New York, and London):<ul><li>Streamline operations with automated, self-service solutions.</li><li>Coordinate activities and communication across locations.</li></ul> * This is a full-time position in the office, daily. <ul><li>Up to 2 years of experience as an office or facilities manager in a high-tech company (preferred).</li><li>Familiarity with facility operations, maintenance frameworks, processes, and vendor management (advantageous).</li><li>Positive interpersonal, energetic and service-oriented mindset with proactive and creative problem-solving skills.</li><li>Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organizational, multitasking, and execution skills.</li><li>Effective communicator with strong prioritization and workflow management abilities.</li><li>Proficient in Google Suite, including Excel.</li><li>Fluency in English and Hebrew (verbal and written) is required.</li></ul>
