This isnt just about analysis; its about shaping our future and seeing your contributions directly impact the companys trajectory.</div><div><br /></div><h3>On a typical day, you might:</h3><ul><li><b>Drive </b>cross-functional monetization strategy, pricing, packaging, and net revenue management initiatives from concept to execution: Design strategic hypotheses, build analytical fact-base, conduct interviews, and deliver high-impact recommendations.</li><li><b>Help design</b> new business models and monetization strategies as well as optimize packaging and packaging for the current product lineup.</li><li><b>Serve as an internal subject matter expert</b> on pricing, product configuration, and go-to-market processes.</li><li><b>Provide deep analytical support </b>for pricing recommendations; Develop data-driven business cases to influence key pricing decisions.</li><li><b>Extract </b>meaningful insight from quantitative and qualitative data, including market trends and competitive landscape analysis, and provide recommendations based on findings.</li><li><b>Manage</b> cross-functional strategic initiatives to translate pricing strategy into effective go-to-market execution, revenue growth, and value creation.</li><li><b>Build cross-functional alignment </b>and support for pricing initiatives across Operations, Sales, Partners, Product, Product Marketing, Finance, and Technology. Assess operational impacts, create readiness plans, and drive execution.</li><li><b>Define</b> business requirements for Operations and Technology teams to support quoting, invoicing, revenue recognition, and reporting—enhancing efficiency across internal teams.</li><li><b>Consolidate and communicate </b>pricing launch updates through clear, timely status reports to leadership and stakeholders, and influence executives and leaders to align pricing recommendations.</li><li><b>Gather feedback </b>from GTM teams on pricing enablement and training effectiveness. Design and refine content to better equip the sales team.</li></ul><h3>The ideal candidate will bring:</h3><ul><li>A <b>Bachelors degree</b> in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li><li>MBA preferred</li><li><b>6+ years of experience </b>in pricing, business operations, or financial analysis—preferably within a SaaS or enterprise software environment–or<b> 4+ years of experience</b> in a management consulting role with a focus on pricing and monetization strategy.</li><li><b>4+ years of experience </b>in B2B SaaS pricing or monetization strategy.</li><li><b>Experience </b>in designing monetization and pricing strategies for AI products.</li><li><b>Proficiency </b>with Excel and other tools to analyze and synthesize insights from large data sets, e.g., SQL, R, Python, Looker.</li><li><b>Experience </b>conducting primary customer research on pricing, e.g., conjoint analyses, Gabor-Granger.</li><li><b>Proficiency</b> in integrating AI tools into day-to-day business processes, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.</li><li>A <b>self-starter</b> with a learner’s mindset and an owner’s mentality—curious, collaborative, and outcome-driven.</li><li><b>Ability to quickly understand</b> complex business problems, applying structured, critical thinking in new or ambiguous areas.</li><li><b>Results-oriented </b>with a bias for action and the ability to deliver in fast-paced environments.</li><li><b>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</b>, with a proven ability to influence and gain buy-in from diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership and executives.</li></ul><div><b>About ActiveCampaign:</b></div><div>ActiveCampaign is an AI-first, end-to-end marketing platform for people at the heart of the action.
