Youll be at the forefront of our market expansion, directly responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing high-impact partners that will drive significant revenue and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals. This role is a unique blend of strategic hunting and consultative enablement, where youll see your contributions directly impact our companys trajectory and the success of our partners.</span></div><h3>On a typical day, you might:</h3><ul><li><b>Lead the full partner recruitment cycle</b>, from initial market research to signing new partners and guiding them to their first revenue.</li><li><b>Identify and evaluate high-potential companies</b>—including agencies, consultants, IT resellers, and software companies—that would be an ideal fit for our partner program.</li><li><b>Establish and develop relationships </b>with potential partners, using a commercial teaching approach to discuss joint opportunities and create a clear go-to-market strategy.</li><li><b>Drive the activation motion</b> for new partners within a 12-month window, ensuring they are set up for success and are actively generating revenue.</li><li><b>Serve as the primary liaison </b>between new partners and internal teams, engaging key stakeholders in the Customer Organization, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure partner needs are met.</li><li><b>Collaborate cross-functionally</b> to enhance and develop processes related to partner acquisition and growth.</li><li><b>Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast</b> of all activity, opportunities, and revenue, providing an in-depth understanding of the market and competitive landscape.</li></ul><h3>The Ideal candidate will bring:</h3><ul><li><b>Fluency in German</b>, with the ability to conduct business in the DACH region.</li><li><b>5+ years of experience</b> in solution channel sales and/or partner management, with a proven track record of ownership over territory and account management.</li><li><b>Demonstrated experience </b>with self-generation of a pipeline from discovery through to close.</li><li><b>A proven ability</b> t<b>o align technology solutions </b>to complex, multi-stakeholder business problems using strategic thinking.</li><li><b>A track record of consistent over-achievement </b>of quotas and revenue goals.</li><li><b>Strong business acumen</b>, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li><b>A positive attitude</b>,<b> strong work ethic,</b> and a high level of urgency and ownership.</li><li><b>A passion</b> <b>for building long-lasting relationships </b>and working cross-functionally within a diverse team.</li><li><b>Prior experience</b> in a SaaS or Marketing Technology environment is preferred</li></ul><div><b>About ActiveCampaign:</b></div><div>ActiveCampaign is an AI-first, end-to-end marketing platform for people at the heart of the action.
