This role plays a key part in supporting our ABM plays, accelerating inbound demand, and driving measurable pipeline impact across key regions—North America, APAC, and EMEA. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>As both a strategic thinker and executional expert, you’ll plan and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns that engage high-value accounts, fuel lead generation, and support targeted regional growth. You’ll work closely with content, design, regional marketing, and sales teams to deliver personalized, high-performing media programs. </span> </div><div><br /></div><div>This role is open for a 12-Month Contract.</div><div><br /></div><div><span>Responsibilities:</span></div><h3>Global Paid Media Execution &amp; Strategy </h3><ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid social, programmatic, and CTV campaigns across key global regions. </li><li>Build and manage media plans, forecasts, and test frameworks aligned to revenue goals. </li><li>Collaborate with content and design teams to produce audience-specific creatives and messaging across paid channels. </li><li>Optimize audience targeting, bidding, and performance across platforms like LinkedIn Ads, DV360, Demandbase, and The Trade Desk. </li></ul><h3>ABM &amp; Funnel Acceleration </h3><ul><li>Partner with the ABM team to support account-based plays using intent signals (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase). </li><li>Activate retargeting and nurture strategies across paid channels to move high-intent prospects through the funnel. </li><li>Work with sales and regional marketing to align campaigns with buyer behaviour, market trends, and localized messaging. </li></ul><h3>Demand Generation &amp; Inbound Support </h3><ul><li>Launch full-funnel campaigns that support inbound pipeline and campaign-specific objectives(e.g., content syndication, webinarpromos, report launches). </li><li>Collaborate with marketing automation, content, and SDR teams to align paid efforts with broader demand gen goals. </li></ul><h3>Performance Optimization &amp; Reporting </h3><ul><li>Track and report on campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, pipeline influenced) by region and segment. </li><li>Partner with analytics teams to build dashboards and surface insights that improve targeting and lead quality. </li><li>Conduct A/B testing and iterate creatives and strategies to maximize performance across markets. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>5+ years of hands-on experience in paid social, programmatic, and/or CTV campaign management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. </li><li>Proven track record of launching global campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Meta, DV360, The Trade Desk, and/or CTV providers. </li><li>Experience supporting ABM, intent-based targeting, and multi-stage buyer journeys. </li><li>Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, 6sense, Demandbase, or Bombora. </li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from campaign data. </li><li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across content, design, sales, and analytics teams. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple global campaigns in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and self-driven approach. </li></ul><div><b>Why you’ll love working at Achievers: </b></div><div><span>✨ We are passionate about disruptive technology that’s rooted in science, research and data.</span></div><div><span>✨ We understand the value of employee success in the workplace and have been </span><a href="https://www.achievers.com/award/">recognized</a><span> in numerous      publications for our contributions to HR, for technical excellence, and for our outstanding workplace culture! </span></div><div><span>✨ We foster an environment of connection, security, and community.
