This role owns the deal process from initiation to close, coordinating internal approvals and ensuring timely execution. Acting as the operational anchor for the Account Management and Customer Success teams, the Senior Contract &amp; Renewals Specialist brings in the AM or CSM when strategic input is needed, while driving the contracting process forward. They ensure Salesforce pipeline accuracy, manage deal documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and close deals efficiently.
