We value passion and humbleness and are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our fast-growing international team.<ul><li>Drive sales excellence: Expand our presence in existing and new markets - focus on DACH - (especially BESS) while accelerating business growth by addressing relevant in-bound and out-bound leads with your extended expertise in technical battery related topics.</li><li>Push product optimisation: Work collaboratively with our product development unit, providing crucial market insights and customer feedback to refine and optimise our offerings, ensuring they align perfectly with market demands.</li><li>Generate market insights: Conduct thorough market research to uncover unexplored opportunities, deeply understand customer requirements, and analyse strengths and weaknesses of competitors</li><li>Team Work matters: Collaborate closely with the executive team as well as your colleagues in the Sales &amp; Solution Engineering Department, Marketing and Customer Success</li><li>Help shaping a greener future: Your work will have a direct impact on the environment and how batteries are being used in the future.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience: You have a demonstrated track record of at least 2 years in either the battery business (ideally BESS) or SaaS (renewable energy) and sales, ideally within the context of a start-up or high-growth environment and can prove extensive expertise in battery systems and/or e-mobility.</li><li>Existing network: You have a pre-existing network in the domains of BESS and/or battery business of automotive OEMs and can utilise that to increase relevant opportunities.</li><li>Methodical Sales approach: Your work style is defined by structure, an entrepreneurial way of thinking and a resolute focus on delivering results.
