This team has become instrumental in the success of our engineering organization.</p> <p>Youll be a critical player on our team, focusing on building and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure and tools that streamline local development and enhance security for our engineers.</p> <p>You are someone who:</p> <ul> <li>Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment</li> <li>Possesses a passion for helping others build world-class systems</li> <li>Demonstrates exceptional teamwork skills</li> <li>Embraces continuous learning and enjoys tackling complex problems</li> </ul> <p>Some areas that you will be working on:</p> <ul> <li>Build systems.</li> <li>Local development.</li> <li>Security.</li> </ul> <h2>What you will do </h2> <ul> <li>Own design and delivery of complex features areas of the Development Infrastructure team offerings, and work on the roadmap for this area.</li> <li>Setup local development for engineers at Abnormal Security platform</li> <li>Develop and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and other build tools</li> <li>Provide Engineering with the tools and workflows to develop their changes reliably with less effort.</li> <li>Actively participate in stopping cybercrime with AI.</li> <li>Participate in planning, code reviews, standups, and other aspects of the software development life cycle</li> </ul> <h2>Must Haves </h2> <ul> <li><em>3-5+ years of professional experience as a hands-on engineer building backend systems and/or platforms.</em></li> <li><em>3+ years of experience working with Python. </em></li> <li><em>Experience working on or with teams like “Engineering Effectiveness”, “Engineering Productivity”, “Development Experience”, “Development Infrastructure” or similar.</em></li> <li><em>Customer obsessed: Working with our internal engineers to determine the Engineering Effectiveness roadmap. </em></li> <li><em>Meeting with customers to understand their needs.</em></li> <li><em>Experience working on complex and delivering projects end-to-end.</em></li> </ul> <h2>Nice to Haves </h2> <p><em>Experience with creating and maintaining CI/CD systems.</em><em>Experience with Bazel. </em><em>Experience with GO and security</em></p> <p>#LI-AJ1</p><div><div><div><hr /> <p><br />At Abnormal AI, certain roles are eligible for a bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and benefits.
