In this pivotal role, you will lead our customer trust initiatives, focusing on supporting financial institutions and their banking customers. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, compliance, product, and engineering, to ensure that our trust communications, documentation, and processes not only meet but exceed the stringent requirements of global banks.</p> <p>This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution. You will manage complex bank security questionnaires and due diligence processes, refine response strategies to align with financial regulations, and build tailored trust narratives that directly support winning deals with large financial institutions.
