<h2><strong>About the Role </strong></h2> <p>Abnormal Security is a fast-growing cybersecurity company, and we are looking to grow our People Technology &amp; Analytics team. In this role, you will be in the driver’s seat of Workday configuration, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and leverage your technical expertise to deliver on meaningful, high impactful projects that will help shape the future of Abnormal. </p> <ul> <li><strong>Own system configuration</strong> across Workday, ensuring alignment with Abnormal’s internal standards and Workday best practices.</li> <li><strong>Conduct routine data and system health audits</strong> to maintain data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.</li> <li><strong>Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation</strong>, perform root cause analyses, and implement system fixes or enhancements.</li> <li><strong>Serve as Tier 2 escalation point</strong> for People Operations and People Business Partners (PBPs), resolving complex system or data issues.</li> <li><strong>Act as a subject matter expert (SME)</strong> in at least one Workday module (e.g., Core HCM, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation), providing guidance and system expertise to stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Scope, configure, and deploy module-specific enhancements</strong>, collaborating with cross-functional partners throughout the implementation lifecycle.</li> <li><strong>Own Tier 2 production support</strong>, including data accuracy monitoring, break-fix resolution, and mass data uploads via EIBs.</li> <li><strong>Support intake and delivery</strong> of feature requests and advanced reporting needs, including requirements gathering, scoping, and testing.</li> <li><strong>Lead testing and deployment</strong> of new Workday features and enhancements, ensuring a stable and validated end-user experience.</li> <li><strong>Project-manage biannual Workday releases</strong>, overseeing planning, stakeholder coordination, testing execution, and deployment readiness.</li> <li><strong>Partner with Key Stakeholders </strong>(ex. People Operations, Benefits, Compensation) to identify opportunities, scope and gather requirements for enhancements and projects.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in HR systems, HRIS administration, or People Technology roles.</li> <li>Functional knowledge of <strong>Workday</strong>, with demonstrated hands-on experience in at least one core module.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve Tier 2 system issues independently.</li> <li>Comfort navigating and manipulating HR data for auditing and reporting purposes.</li> <li>Clear and effective communicator—able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and documentation practices.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>#LI-AW1</p><div><div><div><hr /> <p><br />At Abnormal AI, certain roles are eligible for a bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and benefits.
