This leader will be responsible for driving demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and partner engagement through innovative field and channel marketing strategies.The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, understands how to connect digital and physical touchpoints, and can partner closely with sales, alliances, and channel teams to deliver measurable business impact.<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Field Marketing Leadership</h3><ul><li>Build and lead a global field marketing strategy aligned with regional sales priorities and growth objectives.  </li><li>Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, pipeline creation, and revenue acceleration.  </li><li>Deliver impactful regional campaigns, events, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage target accounts and industries.  </li><li>Track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring ROI and pipeline contribution targets are met.  </li></ul><h3>Channel Marketing &amp; Partner Engagement</h3><ul><li>Design and execute joint marketing programs with channel and technology partners to expand reach and co-sell opportunities.  </li><li>Drive MDF (Market Development Fund) strategy and execution, ensuring high-impact partner marketing investments.  </li><li>Create scalable channel enablement programs including partner campaigns, sales tools, and content tailored to partner ecosystems.  </li><li>Collaborate with alliances and partner sales teams to amplify partner visibility, co-marketing initiatives, and partner pipeline contribution.  </li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Work closely with product marketing, digital marketing, and demand generation to deliver consistent messaging across regions and partner networks.  </li><li>Partner with revenue operations and analytics teams to measure pipeline performance, marketing influence, and partner contribution.  </li><li>Support executive alignment with key accounts and partners through strategic marketing engagement and thought leadership.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>12+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles across field and/or channel marketing.  </li><li>Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing field and channel marketing teams.  </li><li>Strong background in SaaS, cloud communications, or enterprise software markets.  </li><li>Expertise in demand generation, partner marketing, and pipeline acceleration strategies.  </li><li>Demonstrated success working closely with sales and channel organizations to drive measurable results.  </li><li>Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.  </li><li>Strong data-driven decision-making and ROI-focused mindset.  </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.</li></ul>The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets.
