You’ll be joining an established, supportive team of developers and an Engineering Manager who will actively guide your onboarding and growth. What you’ll do: <ul> <li>Build mobile app features for over 1.5 million restaurant professionals by fully engaging in your cross-functional team’s delivery process</li> <li>Champion software excellence through ownership of delivery metrics and collaborating with your engineering team to continuously improve</li> <li>Sustain high-quality software through testing and fixing the root causes of bugs</li> <li>Collaborate with web teams to define and consume APIs that power our mobile apps</li> <li>Take independent ownership of your work, with mentorship and support from your peers and the Engineering Manager</li> </ul> What you bring: <ul> <li>Experience developing native mobile apps in XCode using modern technologies (e.g., Swift, SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency, MVVM architecture)</li> <li>A proactive, growth-based work ethic, with a willingness to challenge yourself, and receive feedback and mentorship from your peers</li> <li>A customer-focused mindset and genuine passion for building an app that solves real-world problems</li> <li>Strong interest in leveraging AI to assist a software development practice built on a strong foundation</li> <li>Desire to grow with your team, learning and succeeding together</li> </ul> It’d be even cooler if you had: <ul> <li>Experience building customer-focused software</li> <li>Experience working in Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) projects</li> <li>Experience designing or using RESTful APIs to connect mobile apps to the backend</li> </ul><div><div> Our commitment to our Shifties: <ul> <li>Opportunity: Our product is evolving in exciting ways, and we’re focused on delivering even more value to restaurants.
