Job Description:

Goal of the position:

  • Responsible for implementation of global/regional processes. which includes conducting quality and process audits and SOX Control Testing.
  • Responsible for coordinating the RTR transitions within various stakeholders and ensure that handover documents are complete.
  • Responsible for training process training using global/regional training materials and in coordinate with process specialists.
  • Leads regional process improvement and replication of global projects in collaboration with Regional Process team and RTR Leads.
  • Responsible for providing reporting and metrics
  • Responsible for coordination of process change management, including working with process owners to review & approve change requests as well as notifying and collaborating with impacted areas to execute the change management plan.
  • Conduct quality and process audits and SOX Control Testing.
  • Responsible for coordinating process/transaction correction including the audit remediation plan or management action plan.
  • Responsible for Deployed Service documentation, which includes but is not limited to, process maps, work flows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Manuals, Job Aids and presentations
  • Responsible for facilitating design workshops or training
  • Responsible for looking for ways to drive continuous process improvements
  • Responsible for managing and prioritizing workflow changes
  • Responsible for coordination of process change management and/or transition processes, including working with process owners to review & approve change requests as well as notifying and collaborating with impacted areas to execute the change management plan or service expansion transition completion
  • Responsible for Deployed Service or Service Expansion documentation, which includes but is not limited to, process maps, work flows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Manuals, Job Aids and presentations
  • Responsible for updating and monitoring of Service Catalog and coordinate the Business Continuity Plan.
  • Admin for Blackline, Group distribution list, others.

Duties and responsibilities:

Operational

  • Consolidation of daily metric report
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on containment and corrective actions on operational issues
  • Facilitate Process Knowledge Sharing and coordination with various workstreams and processes

Reporting

  • Responsible in providing all operational reporting and metrics
  • Participate in monthly SLA reviews (Regional or Global)
  • Responsible in coordinating the results with the leadership team

Quality Assurance

  • Responsible in managing documentation, which includes but not limited to: process maps, work flows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), SOX Control documentation, Manuals, Job Aids and operational presentations
  • Responsible in facilitating process/transaction corrections in coordination with parties involved.  This includes coordination of audit remediation plan and management action plans.
  • Partner with the Global or Regional Process teams to develop efficient and effective operational processes
  • Communication within the region regarding process changes (w/in  the GSC Team & Regional end users)
  • Ensure that process remediation procedures are documented and maintained
  • Responsible for managing and prioritizing workflow changes
  • Responsible in coordinating requirements from external and internal auditors as assigned by MOC

Process Improvements

  • Leads or participate in regional and global process improvement projects. 
  • Involved on process improvement projects within the workstream
  • Focal for GSC process improvements projects

Transition Support

Coordinates the status of the RTR transitions with various stakeholders and ensure that handover documents are complete.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education and experience:

  • Accounting degree and preferably with 3-5 years working experience in finance and accounting
  • Working experience in shared service center is preferred
  • CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus
  • Fluent in English

Knowledge and skills:

  • Accounting skills to analyze financial transactions and reporting
  • Strong communication skills to engage with GSC teams and country and global stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible to handle new assignments and willingness to learn
  • Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Previous experience working with SAP
  • Previous experience with process development and/or business process redesign experience and process migrations /transition activities.
