The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in working with M&amp;M and related trim tier suppliers, with experience across functions such as paint shop, polymer, or trims.<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Own and drive the account strategy and growth roadmap for Mahindra &amp; Mahindra, covering MRV, SSU, and CDMM locations.</li><li>Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across different functions at M&amp;M.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the M&amp;M ecosystem, including Tier-1 suppliers.</li><li>Lead and manage large stakeholder engagements, presentations, and strategic discussions.</li><li>Understand the organizational structure, procurement processes, and technical requirements of M&amp;M to align our solutions.</li><li>Provide regular market and account intelligence to internal teams including R&amp;D, product management, and leadership.</li><li>Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to deliver timely proposals, solutions, and support for the customer.</li><li>Bring a fresh perspective and challenge the status quo by proposing innovative, out-of-the-box growth strategies.</li></ul><h3></h3><h3>Candidate Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Experience handling Mahindra &amp; Mahindra as a primary customer is mandatory.</li><li>Hands-on experience in automotive OEM environments or as a Tier-1 vendor, preferably in trims or polymer-related applications.</li><li>Exposure to working directly with departments such as paint shop, trims, polymer at OEMs.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage complex customer relationships.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li><li>Agile mindset with willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.</li><li>Strategic thinker with ability to create a vision for growth and rally internal and external stakeholders toward it.</li></ul><h3></h3><h3>Preferred Attributes:</h3><ul><li>Prior experience working at or with Mahindra vendor ecosystem in a customer-facing role.</li><li>Familiarity with MRV, SSU, and CDMM operations.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead account planning, business reviews, and cross-functional coordination.</li></ul><h3></h3><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Polymer, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.</li></ul>Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.Safety is a core value at 3M.
