Here, you will make an impact by:<ul><li>Driving excellence in supply planning processes, systems, and people to maintain finished goods inventory withing range (improving OTIF &amp; reducing surplus inventory)​​</li><li>Owning the supply planning system modeling and design, deploying new applications in conjunction with adjacent planning processes​​</li><li>Defining and deploying supply planning playbooks, training and development programs to drive supply planner certification % to target​​</li><li>Leading the supply planning operational rhythm and parameter optimization cadence to deliver %FG inventory within range​</li></ul>Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)</li><li>Ten (10) years as a supply chain professional, with a focus on senior-level tasks in a private, public, government or military environment</li></ul>Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:<ul><li>Master’s degree in Supply Chain management or Operations Management or a related field from an accredited institution</li><li>Ten (10) years as a Supply planner, with a focus on senior-level tasks in a private, public, government or military environment in a private, public, government or military environment</li><li>Knowledge of Demand Planning (DP), Production Planning (PP), and/or Sales &amp; Operations Planning (S&amp;OP) processes</li><li>Experience working on cross-functional and international teams</li><li>ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management) certification</li><li>SAP Experience</li><li>Skills include strong communication and presentation skills, Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams, Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings, data driven, results oriented, accountable for results</li><li>Energetic with a demonstrated sense of urgency</li></ul>Work location: Maplewood, MNTravel: May include up to 10% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).</div>Supporting Your Well-being 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
