Here, you will make an impact by:  <ul><li>Develop and implement portfolio strategies in collaboration with the Area sales, Laboratory, and Operations teams to profitably grow the overall business.</li><li>Lead, develop, and execute the global New Product pipeline to ensure strong execution of new product introductions.</li><li>Lead the demand planning input from all areas to provide the right visibility to our plants and supply chain teams.</li><li>Set the pricing strategy and corridors for product portfolios under responsibility.</li><li>Lead, develop, and implement the Global Marketing Plan in collaboration with the Area sales, Global Marketing Center, and cross-functional teams in the BU and division.</li><li>Utilize portfolio analytics and market insights to define and execute marketing programs and tactics for portfolio optimization and maximization of gross margin dollars.</li><li>Engage with key customers, partners, co-suppliers, and industry influencers to develop and execute the global business growth plan.</li><li>Directly supervise product marketing and business development teams.</li><li>Drive improvements through an agile rhythm in collaboration with functional managers to improve cost, cash flow, and resolve roadblocks.</li></ul>Your Skills and Expertise   To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution</li><li>Ten (10) years combined experience in Global Portfolio Management, Product Marketing, and/or Business Management in a private, public, government, or military environment.</li></ul>Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:<ul><li>MBA from an accredited institution.</li><li>Five (5) years of experience in the Flexographic Printing market.</li><li>Strong track record of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and drive decisions.</li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrated success in business strategy, operational marketing, business analytics, customer negotiations, price management, and leadership by influence.</li></ul>Work location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.Travel: May include up to 30% domestic /InternationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). Supporting Your Well-being 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
