With a wide variety of people, global locations, technologies and products, 3M is a place where you can collaborate with other curious, creative 3Mers.This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleThe colored film and conspicuity portfolio are a core portfolio in CBT’s Graphic Segment with over $330M in sales.  The portfolio is used in a wide range of applications and segments.  As global portfolio leader, you will have opportunities to engage with some of the biggest brands in the world.As a global portfolio leader, you will be responsible for:<ul><li>Defining global portfolio strategy</li><li>Connect customer insights to global pipeline and programs; lead global NPI pipeline planning and execution to capture priority global growth opportunities</li><li>Outline a vision for long-term sustainable new product growth</li><li>Set global pricing strategy and corridors for portfolio based on market dynamics and product value proposition</li><li>Develop marketing programs and campaigns to drive growth, including planning and execution of campaigns in conjunction with other functions</li><li>Portfolio management including mix, SKU configurations, product offerings, MOQ’s, etc.</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams in product development and commercialization of NPIs</li><li>Continuous support and guidance to areas on portfolio direction and growth opportunities</li><li>Lead global brand or sub-brand strategy for portfolio and provide guidance to areas/countries</li><li>Develop annual business plan</li><li>Engage with sales, manufacturing, supply, and technical teams across the globe</li><li>Partner with areas teams to understand global demand and work with plant and supply chain teams to execute against demand plans and service improvements</li><li>Alignment with manufacturing and sourcing on cost reduction programs</li><li>Facilitate the custom color process for new program specification</li><li>Coordination &amp; sharing of global brand owner specifications</li><li>Development and implementation of anti-counterfeit strategies and tactics</li><li>Engagement with area and country teams to drive new local conspicuity regulations</li></ul>Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)</li><li>Three (3) years of marketing, portfolio management, business development, strategy, and sales in a private, public, government or military environment </li><li>Current, valid Driver’s License</li></ul>Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:<ul><li>Masters degree from an accredited institution</li><li>5 years in sales, marketing, strategy and portfolio management.  </li></ul>Work location: <ul><li>Work location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.</li></ul>Travel: May include up to 30 % domestic/international]Relocation: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).</div>Supporting Your Well-being 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
