The Impact Youll Make in this Role:
As a Global Customer Service Analyst, you have the incredible opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Customer order management in SAP and customer case management in Salesforce
Own end-to-end order management process for assigned cross-border customers
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage global order end-to-end processes (Sales, Marketing, Credit, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, Freight Forwarders, Customer Issue Resolution, and other parties as needed)
Manages activities related to sourcing, transportation, and delivery of cross-border orders throughout the entire supply chain and support all aspects of the customer relationship
Consistently apply 3M export and global regulatory policies and procedures for internationally destined shipments to meet global trade requirements and minimize risks and anticipate and identify customer requirements in an export-import process
Your Skills and Expertise:
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in International Business, Foreign Trade, and Customs, Global Supply Chain, or Logistics is highly desirable
English proficiency both verbal and written (minimum C1 level)
Must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing global environment
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
1-2 years combined international customer service experience e.g. in a manufacturing environment, export control, global transportation, logistics, (would have an advantage with an understanding of Incoterms, Free Trade Agreements, Export/Import documentation, Harmonized Tariff Codes, global sourcing and/or automotive industry)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
SAP and Salesforce knowledge would be an asset
1+ years’ experience working with global companies in a matrixed structure: engaging with plants, distribution centers, divisions, subsidiaries, and customers located in different geographies
Great attention to details, analytical, has a customer-first mindset and be able to work in a demanding environment
Ability to work in culture of compliance
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Job specifics:
Work location: Hybrid with 2 days per week/8 days per month in the 3M GSC office
