<div><span>360Learning is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our DACH team. Your role will consist of generating opportunities from 360Learning top priority, highest potential accounts. As the owner of these accounts, you will be in charge of creating business opportunities for DACH Account Executives through inbound and outbound leads qualification. You will leverage bleeding-edge Sales Development Techniques &amp; tools to engage prospects. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>This position will play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline. More specifically, you will be in charge of your territory to qualify inbound and outbound leads and pitch our product to interested prospects. Throughout your conversations, you will detect customer pain points, understand their context, and how we can help. You will evangelize collaborative learning in the market, and present the 360Learning value proposition.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Working in close collaboration with your coach, marketing operations, demand gen, and sales, you will benefit from thorough onboarding and continuous learning &amp; coaching opportunities as you grow.</span></div><h3>Within 1 month, you will:</h3><ul><li>Finish onboarding and begin your core role as a BDR </li><li>Master the pitch and qualification methodology</li><li>Start qualifying leads and create your first opportunities for the AEs</li></ul><h3>Within 3 months, you will:</h3><ul><li>Fully master our tool stack and ramp up</li><li>Act as a partner to the Account Executives</li><li>Qualify your first SQL opportunities</li><li>Master how to prioritize your inbound and outbound leads pipeline and forecast your performance</li><li>Polish your qualification method to an advanced level</li><li>Master our tool stack SalesLoft, LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.</li></ul><h3>Within 6 months, you will:</h3><ul><li>Be fully ramped on inbound and outbound methodologies</li><li>Achieve and exceed monthly quotas Sales Qualified Leads</li><li>Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and get creative by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to weekly meetings</li><li>Research trends and best practices for creating interest and engagement</li></ul><h3>Within 12 months, you will:</h3><ul><li>Contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform and share your knowledge with the rest of the organization</li><li>Be involved in the onboarding of new members of the team</li></ul><h3>The Skills Set:</h3><ul><li>First experience in a B2B SaaS environment, as a BDR, SDR or Inside Sales</li><li>Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound</li><li>Preferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Active listening skills, ability to uncover customer needs and adaptability (fast-paced environment)</li><li>Native German and fluent English (B2 level or equivalent) proficiency </li><li>Enthusiasm for our culture explained <a href="http://bit.ly/Convexity_360L">here</a></li></ul><h3>What we offer:</h3><ul><li><b>Compensation:</b> Package includes base salary and a variable component 📈</li><li><b>Benefits:</b> Work From Home allowance, social security, health insurance, unemployment insurance, common contingency, salary guarantee fund.
