In this role, you will manage and mentor the Brazil sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. By setting clear goals, providing constructive performance feedback, and supporting professional growth, youll empower the team to excel while driving success across the region.
- Sales Strategy Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Brazilian market.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
- Client Engagement:
- Cultivate relationships with key customers, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Represent the company in high-stakes client meetings and industry events to expand market presence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
- Provide insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to inform decision-making.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee sales pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within sales, ideally in digital, SaaS, or technology sectors.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Brazilian market.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian market, including cultural, economic, and regulatory nuances.
- Experience in a multicultural or LATAM regional role is highly valued.
