Together with the team you will develop innovative solutions and data-driven strategies to address complex business challenges.

Translate business requirements into efficient data flows and logical data models
Design and implement post-processing aggregators aligned with industry best practices and stakeholder needs
Leverage BI tools to create clear, impactful visualizations and reports for decision-makers
Explore and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights, trends, and patterns
Thoroughly document data processes, project outcomes, and analytical findings for transparency and future reference
Evaluate and validate new data sources and data collection methodologies to ensure quality and relevance
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to align data initiatives with business goals
Execute project-based tasks that integrate multiple business requirements and deliver measurable results within deadlines
Maintain, monitor, and optimize data solutions, addressing issues proactively to ensure system reliability and performance

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist
Skilled in using SQL, to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
Experience working with and creating data architecture
Experience using business intelligence tools (and data frameworks), preferably Tableau
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, etc.) will be considered as an advantage
Analytical mind and business acumen
Problem-solving aptitude
Open-minded and willing to learn
