Well teach you how to troubleshoot issues, investigate problems and find the root cause.</li><li>Learn to Champion the User: Youll learn how to manage support tickets from start to finish. Youll analyze patterns and work closely with our Product &amp; Engineering teams to improve product quality and user experience.</li><li>Support Our Growth: As you grow with us, youll assist in key change management processes, helping to test new features and support our branches as we expand across Europe.</li></ul>You are a tech-savvy and empathetic problem-solver, eager to learn and make an impact. <ul><li>Your Studies: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program, ideally in a field like Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with a tech focus, or a related area.</li><li>Technical Curiosity: You have a genuine interest in how software works and enjoy figuring out technical problems. Youre not afraid to dive into new tools and systems.</li><li>A Problem-Solving Mindset: You approach challenges logically and are motivated to find not just a quick fix, but the right solution.</li><li>Communication Skills: You have strong communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal, C1/C2).
