You will be a problem-solver and a partner, working hands-on to help our teams excel.<ul><li>Become the Go-To-Expert: Provide hands-on support for our complex system landscape, including our CRM, Offer Tool, Operating System, Installation Manager App, and more.</li><li>Empower our Users: Go beyond solving individual problems. Youll proactively train and educate our employees, ensuring they get the most out of our tools.</li><li>Be a Customer Champion: Own every support ticket from start to finish. We believe in taking full responsibility and collaborating with your team to find the best solution.</li><li>Drive Product Improvement: Identify recurring issues and user pain points. Youll analyze patterns and work closely with our Product &amp; Engineering teams to improve product quality and user experience.</li><li>Help us Scale: Play a key role in our change management process as we grow, helping to align widespread changes and support new users as our company expands.</li></ul><ul><li>You are a proactive, empathetic problem-solver with a knack for making complex systems feel simple.</li><li>Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a support or customer success role, ideally within a tech-driven environment.</li><li>Experience with a diverse tech stack. Familiarity with CRM systems, internal tools, and mobile apps is a strong plus.</li><li>A passion for user education and training. You enjoy teaching others and finding creative ways to help them learn.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal, C1/C2).</li><li>Experience in a fast-paced, agile startup environment is a huge plus!</li><li>A strong sense of ownership and a collaborative spirit.
