The SC is one of the highest level platform solution experts in the business. Time will be spent perfecting demo paths, storytelling, influencing, and working collaboratively with Product, Sales &amp; AM Leadership, AEs, and AMs to win deals.</span></div><h3>Areas of Focus</h3><ul><li>Serve as the top expert on our product/service, understanding all technical aspects of the capabilities and how it all fits into prospect or customer processes and outcomes</li><li>Build and conduct demo flows by persona/outcome/sku with a specialty either in the prospect or the customer motion </li><li>Serve as an expert in HR tech and related trends to bring into deal conversations</li><li>Have compelling customer stories memorized and inserted into demo flows</li><li>Know and show best practice use cases</li><li>Confidently right-size demonstrations of our platform to executives</li><li>Help drive deals forward with AE or AM by serving as the on-demand technical expert</li><li>Stay up to date on competitor functionality and points of differentiation </li><li>Support revenue teams with video creation, second voice emails, or other activities that support winning ARR for the organization</li><li>Bubble product gap/market gap themes to leadeship to influence the roadmap</li><li>Manage pre-deal execution of pilots/POCs as needed</li><li>Support a managed trial process or ROI calcs as needed</li><li>Fill RFPs or infosec forms as needed</li><li>Support our Sales Enablement team in the development of product/service-related training for 15Five sales staff as needed </li></ul><h3>Required Experience</h3><ul><li>Successful track record as a Solutions Consultant in the tech space</li><li>Draws energy from being consultative and influencing people </li><li>Experience working in the HR tech industry preferred</li><li>Expertise in market-facing activities, ability to handle tough buyer questions and technical aspects of tech platforms with ease</li><li>Experience and comfort interacting with implementors or executives</li><li>Strong technical skillset and understanding of how features flow into real-world outcomes</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environment where things can break</li><li>Genuine passion for 15Five’s mission and vision </li></ul><h3>Milestones</h3><ul><li><b>By The 1 Month Mark: </b></li><li>Completion of 15Five’s new-hire on-boarding and job-specific training for the SC role</li><li>Identify needs for your team and role, and build out your OKRs for the quarter </li><li>Comfortable with our teams selling process</li><li>Built a foundational relationship with cross-departmental stakeholders in CX, Product, and Marketing </li><li>Be able to do level 1 demos of all core products</li><li>Level 1 understanding of competitive knowledge</li><div><br /></div><li><b>By The 3 Month Mark: </b></li><li>Actively working live deals with AEs or AMs, doing an average of 10-12 prospect demos/week</li><li>Established as a liaison to a specific product offering with a PMBe a product/Transform master: know and be able to demonstrate the entire solution (software+Transform) to executives, technical leaders, and end users. </li><li>Consistently apply restraint to knowledge in sharing minimum screens necessary to win VOC</li><li>Demonstrate your increasing expertise on people operations technology and industry trends by contributing to driving deals forward during the sales process</li><li>Mastery of competitive landscape and demo flows for differential demos</li><li>Contribute internally to improving demo flows and internal processes</li><li>See cumulative 12+ SC-attach deals won with AEs or AMs</li><div><br /></div><li><b>By The 6 Month Mark:</b></li><li>Be a subject matter expert in HR tech and trends</li><li>AEs and AMs feel you’re driving real value in their deal navigation</li><li>Support the Sales team in winning $35k+ ARR contracts with regularity</li><li>See cumulative 30+ SC-attach deals won with AEs or AMs</li></ul><h3>Sample Week in the Life</h3><ul><li>Monday: 1-3 prospect demos or technical meetings (online / in the field). Develop understanding around the deals you’re working on and what projects you’re running. Plan out your week and prep for demos, send out appropriate communications. Team meetings.</li><li>Tuesday: 3-4 prospect or customer demos or technical meetings (online/ in the field). SC team meeting.</li><li>Wednesday: 2-3 prospect demos or technical meetings (online/ in the field). Roadmap or technical training with Product team.</li><li>Thursday: 3-4 prospect demos or technical meetings (online/ in the field).</li><li>Friday: 1 prospect meeting. Collaborating with Strategic AEs on meeting schedules and project deadlines for the upcoming week.
