The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments, with a strong background in Active Directory, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), AAD Connect, and Exchange Online. This role will be instrumental in resolving mail flow delivery issues, working with Compliance and security teams to review our existing security offerings, and leveraging Microsoft Purview for compliance and troubleshooting when needed.What youll do: <ul><li>Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including AAD Connect, Exchange Online, and Purview</li><li>Troubleshoot Active Directory \Entra users including sync or identity issues.</li><li>Oversee AAD Connect synchronization and resolve related issues.</li><li>Monitor and troubleshoot mail flow and delivery issues using Exchange tools and Microsoft Purview.</li><li>Partner with Security and Compliance to understand our policies using Microsoft Purview. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to support user access, permissions, and identity management.</li><li>Provide Tier 3 support for escalated issues related to Microsoft 365 services.</li><li>Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.</li></ul>What youll bring to Zelis: <ul><li>5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.</li><li>Proficiency in managing AAD Connect and resolving sync issues.</li><li>Solid understanding of Exchange Online mail flow and delivery troubleshooting.</li><li>Experience using Microsoft Purview for compliance and message trace.</li><li>Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li></ul><div><div>Please note at this time we are unable to proceed with candidates who require visa sponsorship now or in the future.Location and Workplace FlexibilityWe have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India. In-office work and activities, if applicable, vary based on the work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.</div></div>Base Salary Range$95,000.00 - $127,000.00At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors, including experience, education, qualifications, as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills, etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonus plans, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.Zelis’ full-time associates are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
