Assist with the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes to fulfill the requirements of the ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Quality Management System. Responsible for assisting in fulfilling the requirements of the Quality Management System, including management of Change Control, Document Control, Calibration, and Basic Data in the ERP system.
On-site position. Day shift.
Responsibilities:

description document are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Assists with management of the document control electronic system: schedules document and diagram
reviews and reminders, maintains controlled copies. - Assists with management of the Change Control process: performs log-in of Change Controls, revises
documents, processes, and ERP data according to approved Change Controls. Tracks open changes and
provides reminders as needed, maintains records for all changes (ie. filing, distributing, destroying). - Assists with management of calibration: Reviews calibration data against documented requirements for
accuracy, initiates and investigates CAPAs for failed calibrations. - Assists with customer and registration audits (gathers requested records).
- Assists with the organization and filing of records, and with management of record retention periods:
prepares records for offsite storage, prepares for destruction/shredding. - Performs data entry in various QA and QC databases.
- Assists QA personnel with other special project related work as the needed.
- Assist QC with QC/QA verification of shipments.
- Assist QC with sampling and labeling.
- Maintains and adheres to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintains work area organization and documentation to satisfy ISO and GMP standards.
- Maintains good communication and working relationships with all departments and effectively functions
within a team environment. - Exhibits professional etiquette that exemplifies the values of the organization
Qualifications:
Required:
- ISO and/or GMP experience.
- Two years experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem solving and analytical ability
- Word processing
- Spreadsheet (excel)
- E-mail software in a Windows environment
- Control software (for document control)
- ERP System
Preferred:
- Two-year degree or vocational/professional qualification or equivalent Quality experience preferred.

Salary: USD 54100.00 - USD 81100.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
