You will be helping align and implement features across our open-source, cloud, and enterprise versions. This includes leveraging your expertise in AI frameworks, evals, and benchmarking to ensure a robust, high-quality product. Youll be comfortable navigating ambiguity to turn hard problems into clear solutions through reasoning and research.</li></ul>About YouBasic Qualifications<ul><li>6+ years of professional software engineering experience.</li><li>4+ years of hands-on experience with our core stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, React, Express, Turbo (Flowise is a monorepo)</li><li>4+ years of experience with PostgreSQL or other RDBMS, along with a strong understanding of performance optimization and scaling strategies.</li></ul>Other Qualifications<ul><li>Cloud &amp; DevOps:  Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred) and a strong understanding of modern distributed systems. </li><li> Proficient in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and advanced software development practices, including DevOps, automated testing, and observability. </li><li>Collaboration: A successful track record of operating effectively in fast-paced, multi-functional teams. You should be a highly effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences and possess excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>System &amp; Product Design: Demonstrated ability to design and architect complex full-stack systems.
