A Brief Overview
The US LBM Senior Accountant will execute comprehensive financial reporting and analysis. In this position you will provide strategic partnership and guide financial decision-making through evaluation of complex financial data and methodologies.
What you will do
· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual journal entries as needed
· Perform account analysis and reconciliations
· Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
· Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, as well as ad hoc management reporting
· Update, design and implement accounting policies and procedures
· Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
· Collaborate with and support teams to align financial planning with business strategy
· Monitor compliance with financial regulations and standards

Education Qualifications
· Accounting degree required
· CPA preferred
Experience Qualifications
· 4-6 years Experience in accounting, analysis and financial / management reporting
· Experience with complex accounting topics preferred (leases, revenue recognition, financial reporting, etc.)
· Public Company experience preferred
