Job DescriptionAre you an experienced leader, ready to head up our E-Commerce channel and craft future E-Commerce B2B Sales in the EUC Business Unit (D-A-CH) for the LEGO Group?We are looking for a strong personality, with energy and drive, great leadership skills and a clear vision of how to impact the sales agenda in D-A-CH and beyond. You will be an important voice of the Europe Central (EUC) Leadership Team as well as the Sales Leadership Team and will have responsibility for building and maintaining partnerships and creating joint value to drive business growth!Please note: This position is on a fixed-term contract basis until end of December 2026 and will be based in our LEGO® Sales Office in Grasbrunn, close to Munich and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Continue to develop the LEGO® business in the B2B E-Commerce channel in a strategic and sustainable way. Drive success with the top strategic customers.</li><li>Develop and implement the sales strategy for E-Commerce ensuring the business delivers against sales and profitability objectives.</li><li>Provide channel inputs into the Business Units annual business planning and channel strategy planning.</li><li>Lead, empower and develop a team of 12 professionals covering different levels of scope and areas of responsibility.</li><li>Upskill and develop the overall competence and professional skills within the E-Com sales function &amp; drive innovation within and beyond the team by scouting business-changing trends and working with partners to actively impact change in the retail landscape.</li><li>Drive customer value proposition, engage with key customers, and develop strong relationships.</li><li>Leading strategic joint business agenda with customers, developing annual business plans and managing in-year negotiations and course correction plans.</li><li>Lead integration between key e-retailers, partners (vendor), and internal stakeholders driving effective and constructive collaboration.</li></ul>Play your part in our team succeedingThe Europe Central (D-A-CH) Sales Team works in 3 Retail Channels (Toy Specialist, Grocery &amp; Department Stores, E-Commerce) complemented by Customer Development and Field Sales plus Field Sales Management. The Key Account Management Team within EUC Sales is responsible for successfully delivering the Customer Value Proposition to our key partners in order to fulfil our Partner Promise of Mutual Value Creation and generate sustainable growth. The role is responsible for the E-Commerce Channel (Pure Players and Omnichannel Players with a majority of Online Sales) and reports into the General Manager Europe Central!Do you have what it takes?<ul><li>Extensive experience in commercial front-line roles out of which some in E-Commerce, P&amp;L management experience and proven negotiation skills</li><li>Proven experience managing a complex B2B eCommerce retail landscape, with a strong understanding of key dependencies</li><li>Skilled in developing tailored, high-impact strategies for individual accounts to drive sustainable growth and ensure long-term success</li><li>Proven team leadership experience and success in developing people and digital savviness</li><li>Extensive experience in driving commercial planning and management, value-based selling, mutual revenue and profit growth, consistent brand execution and joint business planning</li><li>Strong Digital Marketing and/or technology experience</li><li>Experience working with E-Commerce platforms and marketplaces as well as experience implementing technology solutions &amp; ecosystems</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Fluent German and English language skills</li></ul>Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
