In this role you’ll be a trusted partner to hiring teams, offering guidance and insight into market trends, stakeholder needs, and hiring strategy. </div><div><br /></div><div>You’ll also monitor key recruitment metrics and produce dashboards and reports to inform decision making. Flexibility, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset will help you thrive in our fast-paced, remote-first environment.</div><h3>What youll do</h3><ul><li> Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews, maintain and update candidate databases</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the HR team, Assist in maintaining HR documentation and records</li><li>Ensuring a top-notch candidate experience, right from the initial introduction to onboarding</li><li>Creating and maintaining a well-stocked pool of high-quality candidates through diverse methods, including networking within the community and various other sources, to maintain contact with potential candidates who may qualify for future positions</li><li>Being an authentic Talent Partner to your respective stakeholders, not just carrying out tasks but also providing guidance, advice, and coaching.
