The Salesforce Innovation Center Events team extends our SIC reach to engage top customers, prospects and partner in strategic conversations at our Tier 1 Strategic Events. Each meeting or Exec Connect is expertly aligned, prepped and executed to build trust, close deals and generate new pipeline. SIC Events team members are each responsible for program management responsibilities and for executing a high volume of meetings and exec connects. With multiple events often overlapping, we’re delivering a ton of impact for the business in a very fast-paced environment, but we work hard to support each other and have fun along the way.   • Work with Global Field Marketing event leads, Executive Leadership Team Customer Engagement leads, and Salesforce Innovations Center (SIC) Event Program Management leads to craft and deploy end-to-end meeting delivery processes, comms, tools, assets and enablement materials for teams outside of the SIC team using combined spaces and our SIC Object to intake, vet, workflow and track meetings. 
  • Be the first POC to triage questions and asks from our cross-org meeting delivery partners and bring to resolution with the appropriate SIC Events PM leads.  
  • Pull reporting for partner teams and conduct audits to ensure campaigns are correct and necessary fields completed to ensure full impact tracking, including sending reminders and ensuring all team members complete the tasks. 
  • Audit check-in doc to ensure all meetings and content in the space are correctly entered and input comments to resolve discrepancies to ensure a seamless onsite check-in experience for guests. 
  • Ensure all meeting delivery team members across all groups are on the Executive Meetings Suite Know Before You Go calls, canvases and walk through invites. 
  • Serve as lead for triaging and logging walk-ins onsite at events. 
  • Implement a high volume of event meetings and exec connects - annual commit of 100+
  • Requirements
  • Proven program management skills including building out timelines, action steps, process documentation, workflows, comms, assets and enablement materials, and leadership and scrum team updates. 
  • Working knowledge of campaign structures and event marketing and meeting metrics and how to assess for accuracy and completeness within the SIC Object and Tableau
  • Ability to create reports from the SIC Object and filter for various cuts that are valuable for auditing our business to ensure full impact tracking. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to engage with and influence cross org partners conducting meetings in shared spaces at events and via our SIC Object. 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products/solutions, industries, SF on SF SIC Discussion Leader rosters for efficient meeting execution.
  • Ability to follow E2E meeting workflow and SIC Object to efficiently manage a high volume of meeting with a high degree of app rigor.
  • Onsite event management and execution skills as well as executive hospitality experience to ensure excellent attendee experience.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,100 to $137,600.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,100 to $137,600.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
