About the Role We are hiring for a Named Account Executive sales professional to nurture existing customers and drive new business acquisition / expansion in the South East region. Your account focus will include councils, public safety, environmental and health services. This is an outstanding career opportunity for an experienced quota-carrying Sales Exec who can work both as part of a broader Account Team and as an Individual Contributor, driving self-generated sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Creating and implementing effective territory and account plans for your region and customer base</li><li>Exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales</li><li>Managing the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts</li><li>Creating and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement</li><li>Positioning Salesforce’s unique capabilities to address the specific needs of public sector entities and help organisations change and innovate faster</li><li>Co-selling effectively with other Salesforce Sales team and cross-functional teams to maximise impact</li><li>Nurturing and expanding relationships with public sector accounts by building trust and deeply understanding their unique challenges</li><li>Effectively communicating with leadership, customers, partners, and extended teams to ensure alignment with public sector needs</li><li>Participating in team-building and company-growth activities, such as strategic planning, sales training, customer marketing efforts, and volunteering</li><li>Providing accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery</li></ul> What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Proven success in SaaS sales - minimum 5 years’</li><li>Demonstrated ability in both new business development and account management within a fast-paced, target-driven environment</li><li>Relevant expertise of selling into the Public Sector.
